Michelle, co-founder of Team Minik, has 26 years of experience in residential real estate and has been featured on The Today Show with Barbara Corcoran and Fox 10 News. She's represented over 1,654 clients across $407.7 million in gross sales volume, and holds designations including MCNE, ABR, CSSN, ePro, GRI, MRE, SFR, and CNES.

Her team's client care shows in the numbers: 236 five-star reviews on Zillow and over 300 on Google. Michelle has been named a Top 50 Women Real Estate Entrepreneur, earned The Best of Trulia and Zillow's Top Agent Award, and has received the President's Circle and Multi-Million Dollar Producer award every year since 2010. In 2024, she and her team ranked 5th on Ranking Arizona's Best Arizona Business list, and were featured in the January 2025 issue of West Valley Real Producers magazine. In December 2025, Michelle appeared live as a Top Producer guest on America's Real Estate Show.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys golfing at the Wigwam, hiking the White Tanks, and spending time with family. She's rooted in Goodyear and Litchfield Park, but known for going the extra mile for clients valley-wide.
